Our commitment

Hollrs is a community platform for real conversations. We have zero tolerance for child sexual abuse material, child sexual exploitation, grooming, or any content that sexualises minors. We take action to remove such content, restrict or terminate accounts, preserve relevant information where legally required, and report to appropriate authorities.

What is prohibited

The following is not allowed on Hollrs, in any form, including text, images, video, audio, links, usernames, profile content, messages, or comments:

1. Any depiction or request for child sexual abuse material.

2. Any content that sexualises a minor, or appears to sexualise a minor.

3. Grooming behaviour, including attempts to befriend or coerce a minor for sexual purposes.

4. Sexual extortion involving a minor, or threats to share intimate images involving a minor.

5. Trafficking, exploitation, or facilitation of sexual exploitation involving minors.

6. Instructions, advocacy, or promotion of child sexual abuse or exploitation.

Reporting concerns

If you see content or behaviour that may involve child safety risks, report it immediately using the report abuse option in the app or website. When you report, please include as much detail as possible, including the account, the content, and the approximate time it occurred.

How we respond

When we receive a report relating to potential child sexual abuse or exploitation, we will take steps appropriate to the information available, which may include:

1. Reviewing the report and any relevant content.

2. Removing content that violates our rules.

3. Suspending or terminating accounts associated with the violation.

4. Preserving relevant records where required for legal compliance and investigations.

5. Reporting to relevant national and regional authorities, as appropriate.

Cooperation with authorities

We cooperate with lawful requests from law enforcement and regulators. Where we identify or are notified of suspected child sexual abuse material or child sexual exploitation activity, we may report it to appropriate authorities and we may provide information as required by applicable law.

Moderation and enforcement

Hollrs moderates user content and may remove content that is inappropriate, abusive, or otherwise in breach of our rules. We may also suspend or terminate accounts that violate our Terms of Service.

User education and safety

We encourage users to avoid sharing personal contact information publicly and to report any behaviour that feels unsafe. If you believe a child is in immediate danger, contact local emergency services.
